Grand Healthy provides highly effective and efficient diet plans, helping clients achieve remarkable results in weight loss, inch loss, and overall health improvements. However, results can vary depending on the individual. It is important to note that these plans are recommendations and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Every person has a unique body structure and metabolism, so weight loss may occur for some, while others might experience inch loss. Achieving significant weight loss requires a complete lifestyle transformation, as it is not an overnight process. If a client does not adhere to the plan, continues consuming junk food, or indulges in binge eating, Grand Healthy cannot guarantee results. Therefore, payments made for the program are non-refundable, and refund requests will not be entertained.
Cancellation Policy: Plans can only be canceled before services begin, specifically before the diet plan is shared by the dietitian. Refunds, if applicable due to cancellation, will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days. Clients are required to start the program within one month of payment. If the program is not started within this period, the company reserves the right to forfeit the payment.
Upgrades and Downgrades: Programs can be upgraded within the first week after the start date. Downgrades are not permitted if applicable.
Program Transfers: In case of a medical condition or other emergencies, including pregnancy, the program can be paused for up to two years. If the client cannot continue, the program can also be transferred to a friend or family member, provided relevant tests and diagnostic reports are submitted.
Breaks: Clients are permitted to pause their program as follows:
- 1 break in an 8-week program
- 2 breaks in a 16-week program
- 3 breaks in a 25-week program
Each break should not exceed seven days.
Clients may discontinue the services at any time if they are not satisfied with the program. However, as a dietetics consulting firm, Grand Healthy does not provide refunds for discontinued services. Suggestions for improvement are always welcome to ensure better services for all clients.
It is strongly advised to thoroughly review all policies on the company’s website before making any payments. By proceeding with payment, it will be assumed that all policies, terms, and conditions have been read and accepted.
