Refund policy

At Grand Healthy, we’re committed to providing you with effective weight loss programs. Before enrolling, we encourage you to thoroughly review our programs, ask questions, and clarify any doubts. This ensures a smooth experience for both parties.

Refund Eligibility
If you’ve made a payment and we haven’t yet provided you with a personalized groceries list and diet plan, you’re eligible for a complete refund within 7 working days.
Refund will be credited to beneficiary bank account within 7 days.

Non-Refundable
Please note that once we’ve delivered your customized diet plan and groceries list, our services are considered rendered, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Process
In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original beneficiary’s account (from which the payment was made) within 7-10 working days.
